Registered Massage Therapist Career Description

Assess patients and design individual treatment programs to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning and mobility, alleviate pain and prevent physical dysfunction in patients. Ideal candidate is one with exceptional customer service skills, is motivated to work collaboratively within a team of other health care practitioners.

We include administration staff, billing system, scheduling, room, and AUX/IPOD player. We accept MVA, WSIB, EHC, and all private medical benefits. Established Clientele ready to book!

We are offering a 60/40 split with further pay discussion upon interview.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality treatments with a complete focus on the client
• Maintain a clean treatment room
• Recommend treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Work collaboratively in a team environment while upholding the clinic processes and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

• A university degree in physiotherapy and a period of supervised practical training are required
• A licence or registration with a regulatory body is required to practise physiotherapy in all provinces
• Completion of the Physiotherapy National Exam, administered by the Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulatory Boards, may be required
