Business is good, and we have more demand than we can handle, as we're booking out several weeks in advance. We are currently recruiting 2 top technicians to add to our team.
If you are a high producing flat rate licenced technician with german car experience, we want to talk to you! Preference given to licenced technicians who have worked for a BMW franchised dealer.
We are looking for technicians with the following skills:
- Articulate, with good reading and writing skills

- Honesty & Integrity
- Positive attitude
- Strong at diagnostics, and following process
- Understanding of warranty rules, and dealership protocols
- Possess an active 310S Automotive Technician licence
- Possess an active OPD card
- Clean Driving record
- Professional demeanor
- Team Player
- Willing to participate in ongoing learning, e-learning, and BMW classroom training
- Willing to participate in sending videos to customers as part of the process
- Competitive flat rate - flat rate pay ranges based on experience & training - our BMW trained technicians are some of the highest paid in the area
