Budds' Imported Cars is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Full-Time Receptionist & Greeter to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional dealership experience by providing a warm welcome, directing inquiries, and supporting our sales, service, and administrative teams.

Position SummaryThe Receptionist & Greeter is responsible for welcoming customers, managing incoming calls, coordinating customer traffic within the dealership, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities Customer Experience- Welcome all customers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic manner.
- Assist customers by directing them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Maintain a positive first impression of the dealership at all times.
- Provide information regarding dealership services, hours of operation, and events.
- Answer and route incoming calls efficiently and professionally.
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and assist with general information requests.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and document organization.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
- Support dealership management and staff with various administrative tasks..
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Monitor customer waiting areas and offer assistance when needed.
- Maintain inventory of office and customer hospitality supplies.
- Assist with dealership events, customer appreciation activities, and promotional initiatives.
- Support sales and service teams during peak periods.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Previous receptionist, customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Automotive dealership experience is considered an asset but is not required.
