Human Resources Generalist (6-Month Contract)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring HR compliance
- Supporting full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Coordinating onboarding and delivering new hire orientations
- Acting as a first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and programs
- Generating HR reports and supporting workforce analytics and decision-making
- Assisting with compensation research and reward & recognition programs
- Conducting OH&S audits and supporting workplace safety compliance
- Partnering with HR leadership on projects to enhance employee engagement and HR processes
Schedule: Full-Time, Fixed-Term
Compensation: $63,000 – $70,000 per year
Work Environment: This is a fully on-site role, with work performed at our Langley location throughout the week.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and OH&S
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning HR systems and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidence presenting to groups
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive, proactive, and people-focused approach
