Your Daily Contribution & Impact Prepare and complete orders for delivery, verify invoices to ensure that order is exact, possibly assist with picking parts for orders Examine the condition of the merchandise at delivery or prior to accepting delivery, examine the condition of the merchandise with the customer, and have customer sign-off on delivery Organize daily pick-up of customer cores, returns and warranties without disrupting delivery efficiency Accurately record all deliveries and pickups, ensure proper paperwork accompanies all customer cores, returns, and warranties while complying with customer service delivery strategies Comply with electronic delivery principals and standards Ensure any complaints or dissatisfaction of a customer is immediately reported to the Dispatcher and/or Store Manager Check daily fluid levels of the vehicle, the tire condition and ensures cleanliness inside and outside the vehicle Comply with all rules and regulations of the road at all times Check in with Dispatcher and/or Store Manager on Delivery progress/delays Participate in cycle count programs and annual physical inventory Be prepared to assist with customer service activities within store location, assist with keeping store in a neat and orderly manner including stocking of shelves Expertise & Essential SkillsNo experience requiredMust have a driver's license and a clean driving recordPossesses high interpersonal skills in order to develop and maintain working relationshipsBeing able to lift up to 50 poundsStore location : 20529, 62nd Ave., Langley, BC, V3A 8R4Salary : 18,25 $Why Bumper to Bumper?Bumper to Bumper is more than just a network of auto parts stores and repair shops; it’s Uni-Select’s flagship brand, bringing together experts who share the same commitment to providing quality parts, tools, and services.With over 190 Bumper to Bumper stores and over 110 Bumper to Bumper Auto Service shops across Canada, we provide a turnkey trusted program, offering complete support, a strong brand image, and a dynamic go-to-market strategy.Our extensive inventory features over 500,000 products, sourced from 350+ suppliers, including top national brands and private-label products, covering most makes and models on the road today.
