Water Business Development Leader Edmonton

Drive growth in Alberta's water market as the Water Business Development Leader at Stantec in Edmonton. This role focuses on client management, strategic marketing, and project delivery. You’ll foster strong relationships with municipal and utility clients, translating regional priorities into actionable strategies. This dynamic position supports sustainable revenue growth and involves mentoring business developers in Edmonton’s water community. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive market growth and strategic pursuits across Alberta
- Develop sales pipelines to achieve revenue targets
- Build strong relationships with key accounts
- Lead project pursuits and ensure successful delivery
- Champion collaboration, inclusion, and safety initiatives
- 15+ years of consulting experience in the water industry
- Proven business development and account management skills
- Strong project management experience in water infrastructure
- Eligibility for registration as a Professional Engineer in Alberta
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory record
