Marketing Communications Senior Manager

Transform the brand narrative at Coast Mental Health Foundation as a Marketing Communications Senior Manager in a hybrid setting. Drive effective strategies to enhance fundraising efforts and organizational communications.
This hybrid full-time term role requires a dynamic leader to oversee marketing and strategic communications initiatives. You will work directly with the Coast team to create cohesive branding that supports revenue growth, while adapting strategies to evolving needs. Your contributions are essential in fostering donor relationships through targeted communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive communication plans aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns from inception to completion
• Manage stakeholder relationships and external agencies for brand consistency
• Create donor-centric communication materials and proposals
• Collaborate with Coast Mental Health for a unified messaging approach
Requirements:
• 7 years of relevant experience in strategic communications
• Degree or diploma in journalism, marketing, or communications
• Proven ability to execute integrated campaigns successfully
• Strong skills in using Adobe Creative Suite and digital platforms
• Capable of prioritizing multiple projects and tight deadlines
