URGENT Electrical Project Coordinator and Purchaser NEEDED

Job Responsibility:
· Have experience analyzing and understanding electrical construction drawings and experience working on commercial projects.
· Coordinate equipment and material deliveries.
· Coordinate/schedule sub-trades.
· Maintain and update document control logs: Shop drawings, change orders, as-built, and close-out documents.
· Work with the Project Manager to provide status updates for monthly job costing.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project; experience with Accubid change order an asset.
· valid electricals license, Preferable 309A an asset.
· Work to deadlines and put in the necessary time to achieve due dates.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
