Position: Customer Service Representative
Shift: 8am - 9pm EST (rotating schedule)
Location: Brampton

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats.
- Resolve customer issues related to deliveries, traces, claims, and invoicing.
- Liaise with internal teams and clients.
- Process new accounts and update customer information.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to handle high call volume with ease and a sense of calmness
- Helpful by nature with the ability to problem-solve

- Experience in customer service, or logistics preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
