Job Description
En tant qu'ingénieur(e) mécanique senior spécialisé(e) en structures composites, vous prenez en charge les responsabilités suivantes :
- Concevoir et développer des structures composites selon les spécifications techniques et les normes en vigueur dans le secteur aéronautique.
- Effectuer des analyses mécaniques et structurales pour garantir la performance et la sécurité des produits.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de production pour optimiser les processus de fabrication.
- Participer à la résolution de problèmes techniques liés aux structures composites.
- Superviser et encadrer les membres juniors de l'équipe d'ingénierie.
- Assurer la documentation technique et la conformité aux normes de l'industrie aéronautique.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres départements pour assurer le succès des projets.
- Rester à jour sur les nouvelles technologies et tendances dans le domaine des composites.
The Successful Applicant
Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) ayant idéalement les points clés suivants :
- Diplôme en génie mécanique ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience démontrée dans la conception et l'analyse de structures composites.
- Bonne maîtrise des logiciels de CAO et des outils d'analyse structurale.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec des départements multidisciplinaires.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes.
- Connaissance des normes de l'industrie et des processus de fabrication des composites.
