Principales responsabilités:
Assurer que les exigences des clients soient respectées tout au long de la fabrication.
Participer aux inspections pendant la fabrication et corriger les anomalies.
Piloter des projets pour prévenir les problèmes de qualité.
Collaborer avec la production et la gestion de projets.
Promouvoir lâauto-inspection et lâauto-contrôle.
Préparer et finaliser les rapports dâinspection des premiers articles (FAI).
Former et accompagner les employés pour respecter les normes.
Implémenter des processus de suivi des caractéristiques clés de qualité.
Représenter les chargés de projet et les clients concernant la qualité.
Auditer les processus pour assurer une amélioration continue.
Planifier et coordonner les contrôles selon les spécificités de chaque projet.
Participer aux inspections des commandes fournisseurs.
Documenter les anomalies et analyser les causes pour améliorer les processus.
Développer et mener des projets dâamélioration continue pour la qualité des produits.
Programmer et créer la documentation pour la machine à mesurer les coordonnées (CMM).
Utiliser la machine CMM pour réaliser des inspections durant la fabrication ou lâassemblage.
Vérifier les tolérances des pièces usinées et suggérer des ajustements.
Rédiger des rapports dâinspection et de non-conformité.
Inspecter les pièces prêtes à être livrées selon les priorités de production.
Effectuer des contrôles pour garantir la conformité aux spécifications des clients.
Coordonner lâexpédition des pièces et des documents dans les délais.
Vérifier la précision des machines et effectuer lâétalonnage des instruments.
Offrir un support technique en métrologie aux machinistes.
Analyser les rapports de retour produit des clients, en équipe si nécessaire.
Requirements
5 ans dâexpérience pertinente en Assurance qualité en milieu de la fabrication et lâassemblage de pièces aéronautiques.
DEP en techniques d'usinage et ASP en contrôle numérique (obligatoire), DEC en génie mécanique ou industriel (un atout)
Minimum de 1 an dâexpérience dans lâopération et la programmation de CMM (Maîtrise de lâutilisation de la CMM).
Connaissances approfondie des tolérances géométriques et de la norme AS 9100C ISO.
Connaissances de la finition du bois (laque opaque, teinture, vernis)
Connaissance du métal, plastique, tissus, cuir est un atout
Maîtriser la lecture de plans
Démontrer un bon sens de lâanalyse, de la rigueur et un esprit critique
