The Role S3 Group Ltd. in Swift Current, SK is looking for an experienced office administrator to assist with administrative duties from mid-August until end of December, 4 - 8 hours per day, Mon - Fri.Key ResponsibilitiesData entryInvoicingVoucheringBill entryConsolidation and scanning of documentsTimecard entryFiling and organizing Ensure files and documents are complete, accurate, properly kept, and organizedOther office duties as assigned by supervisorEnsure all tasks are performed with the highest regard for safety, as outlined in our Safety ManualQualificationsPrevious experience working in an office environment and performing administrative dutiesCapable of taking direction and working with teamAbility to organize and manage a wide range of prioritiesCapable of working with minimal supervision
