Position: Optical Sales Team Member
: We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and experienced individual to join our team as an Optical Sales Team Member. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an eye for fashion, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome incoming patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist patients with frame selections, presenting all benefits of the proper lens designs to meet their lifestyle needs.
- Measure, adjust, and repair eyewear to ensure a perfect fit for our patients.
- Manage inventory and handle optical ordering efficiently.
- Collect payments and bill insurance accurately.
- Cross-train to assist in all other office areas as needed.
- Availability for some Saturdays and evenings is mandatory.
- Maintain a non-smoking environment in the workplace.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- High energy, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Previous experience in an optical or retail setting is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
