Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Product Manager to oversee the lifecycle and strategy of its flagship aseptic filling machine. This on-site role in Burnaby, BC involves competitive analysis, market modeling, customer partnerships, and long-term product positioning across a multi-disciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Analyze competitive landscape and define long-term product competitiveness strategy
- Maintain market models, segment analysis, and demand forecasting for go-to-market planning
- Build strategic partnerships with existing customers to expand revenue opportunities
- Develop service and inventory strategies addressing end-of-life component risks and customer downtime
- Direct annual product strategy including pricing, promotion, quality, and business improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or equivalent with 10+ years life sciences industry experience
- 3+ years leading cross-functional teams on large innovation projects
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated skills in presentations and training delivery
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% annually
- Preference for prior drug product development experience
- Prior knowledge of Danaher Business Systems and product management tools considered advantageous
Compensation: $81,000-$121,667 base, eligible for bonus/incentive pay
