Remote Commercial Collections Associate Canada

Join a rapidly growing fintech company as a Remote Commercial Collections Associate in Canada. Manage commercial accounts and support the collection of outstanding balances while building client relationships. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented candidate with a proven background in commercial collections or accounts receivable management. As a valued team member, you'll handle negotiations, skip tracing, and inquiries while maintaining professionalism in all communications. Your efforts will enhance portfolio performance and ensure client satisfaction through strategic collection approaches. Key Responsibilities:
- Contact clients to collect overdue balances
- Negotiate payment arrangements effectively
- Perform skip tracing to locate hard-to-reach accounts
- Analyze payment histories and strategize collections
- Document collection activities accurately
- Minimum 2 years in commercial collections
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field preferred
- Experience with skip tracing tools and techniques
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication proficiency
