Location: North Vancouver, BC - This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office , and is open to hybrid / remote work
Work Arrangement : Flexible, between in-office and home
Pay Range: $44,700 to $55, 100 ; pay is dependent on year of study and related experience
Duration: Eight (8) months, Jan uary 4, 2027 – August 13 , 2027
Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week, M-F

As an Immigration & Mobility Co-op Student, you play an important role in supporting the programs that enable global talent to join, relocate , and work at Arc'teryx. You contribute to immigration, relocation, and mobility operations by helping manage case coordination, compliance activities, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role challenges you to balance multiple priorities, maintain accuracy while working with sensitive employee data, and navigate a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment. You gain exposure to global mobility, immigration, relocation, mobility tax, and HR processes while partnering with teams across Talent Acquisition, People & Culture, and external service providers. Through meaningful project work and day-to-day operational support, you will develop transferable skills in program coordination, stakeholder management, compliance administration, and business process improvement.
