- Lead daily operations and enhance resident experiences
- Foster a culture valuing relationships and safety

- Ensure Home's policies meet legislative and regulatory requirements
- Act as Privacy Officer and manage compliance practices
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in health/social services
- Completed long-term care administration course
- At least three years in managerial capacity
- Knowledge of accounting and electronic health records
- Understanding of privacy legislation and practices
