Hiring: Site Superintendent – ICI Base Build | Toronto, ON
We are currently partnering with a reputable General Contractor based in Toronto to hire an experienced Site Superintendent for ICI base build projects across the GTA.
As the Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating trades, maintaining project schedules, ensuring site safety, and driving quality execution from start to finish.
Key Requirements:
- Experience as a Site Superintendent with a General Contractor
- Strong background in ICI base build / ground-up construction
- Ability to manage site coordination, trades, schedules, and inspections
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, drawings, and site logistics
- Commitment to safety, quality, and project delivery
