Remote AI Model Feedback Specialist

Use fluent English and sharp observation skills remotely to evaluate generative AI voice, image, and video model outputs for Outlier. Flexible freelance hours let you work when convenient.
Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to provide human feedback for AI training. You may hold scenario-based conversations, compare generated media, and assess adherence, quality, and realism. The work requires clear written explanations grounded in what you hear or see.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct live English conversations with AI voice models
- Rank voice responses for naturalness, usefulness, and clarity
- Compare AI-generated images and videos against prompts
- Inspect media for visual, motion, text, and audio issues
- Write evidence-based explanations supporting ratings and decisions
Requirements:
- Fluent English with strong written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher pursued or completed
- Strong attention to detail and patience
- Comfort with natural conversational speech and realistic situations
- Computer, reliable internet, headphones, and quiet speaking space
