Description du poste
Dans l’exercice de ce poste, vous soutiendrez le bon fonctionnement du bureau de circonscription, et ce, par la gestion et le tri des communications du député, par l’organisation et la priorisation de la correspondance, et en tant que premier point de contact des électeurs. En collaboration étroite avec le député, vous fournirez de l’appui administratif ainsi que du soutien à la gestion des dossiers et au service à la clientèle; notamment, vous répondrez aux appels, accueillerez les visiteurs, gérerez les courriels et aiderez à la saisie des données et au classement. Vous contribuerez à une équipe où votre travail aidera à renforcer le service assuré au bureau du député et à fournir un appui utile à la collectivité.
Qualifications
Études :
- Diplôme d’études postsecondaires d’un établissement d’enseignement reconnu ou combinaison acceptable d’études, de formation et d’expérience pertinente.
Expérience :
- Expérience du service à la clientèle dans un bureau en tant que réceptionniste ou membre du personnel de soutien administratif.
- Confidentialité, professionnalisme, discrétion, tact et diplomatie.
- Grand sens de l’organisation et de la gestion du temps.
- Excellentes compétences en informatique, et notamment expérience de l’utilisation de la suite de programmes Microsoft Office.
- Expérience de la collaboration avec d’autres personnes et du travail en équipe.
- Expérience de la rédaction de lettres officielles.
- Excellentes compétences de communication écrite et orale, et grand souci du détail.
- Expérience de la gestion de priorités multiples et de délais serrés dans un environnement exigeant et au rythme rapide.
- Grande souplesse lorsque les plans de travail changent, et capacité de travailler à l’occasion le soir et le week-end.
- Capacité d’utiliser les médias sociaux et des programmes de création graphique en ligne, ou expérience de leur utilisation.

- Expérience de travail avec un député ou un bureau politique.
