Family Assistant / Nanny Needed - Long-Term Position (Calgary & Cochrane)

We are a warm, active family with three wonderful boys (7, 11 and 14 yo) looking for a reliable, caring and energetic Family Assistant/Nanny to become an important part of our family. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children, is proactive, organized, and can help keep our afternoons and evenings running smoothly. Summer Schedule (July–August): Flexible schedule Approximately 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM A few weekdays and Occasional weekend hours Starting September: Approximately and between 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Certain days during the week (will be discussed as we get a set schedule) and some flexibility for occasional weekend hours We are a HOCKEY family. All 3 boys are in lots of hockey based in Cochrane. Responsibilities: - Driving children between Calgary and Cochrane using our family vehicle (School and activity pick-ups/drop-offs)

• Helping our 7-year-old with English and homework
• Playing actively outdoors with 7-year-old and engaging in sports and activities
• Preparing simple snacks
• Light household support related to the children (keeping play areas tidy, dishes, keeping kitchen tidy, helping with children's laundry, etc.) only when the kids are not around or they are busy
• Being another positive, calm and supportive adult in our children's lives

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

• A young person between 20-30 yo
• Fluent in English
• Has 3–5 years of confident driving experience in Canada
• Has a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving daily between Calgary and Cochrane
• Experienced with school-aged children
• Active, energetic and enjoys being outdoors
• Calm, emotionally mature and patient
• Kind and respectful
• Punctual (very important)
• Highly responsible and organized (very important)
• Proactive and takes initiative without needing constant direction (very important)
• Looking for a long-term position (not just a summer job; we need to build trust for the upcoming school year)
• Living within NW or SW of Calgary (up to 20 mins drive from us only)
