We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP S/4HANA Transformation Leader to drive enterprise-wide digital business transformation. This Director-level role sits at the intersection of Commercial, Sales, Revenue Management, Finance, and Technology—delivering a globally integrated digital foundation across Order-to-Cash (O2C), Logistics, and Trade Promotion Management (TPM).

In this newly created leadership position, you will play a critical role in enabling scalable, standardized solutions that improve trade spend transparency, strengthen financial controls, and unlock measurable business value across international operations.

Responsibilities
Enterprise Transformation: Lead global transformation initiatives for Order-to-Cash, Logistics, and Trade Promotion Management processes.

Global Process Harmonization: Define and implement a standardized global template for O2C and TPM to minimize regional variations and enhance operational efficiency.

SAP Modernization: Drive large-scale ECC-to-S/4HANA transformations, including Vistex IP & DM / Rebates & Settlement modernizations.

Architecture & Delivery: Own the SAP solution architecture, integration, deployment, and end-user adoption aligned with key business outcomes.

Value Realization: Champion initiatives focused on revenue growth, cost optimization, improved service levels, and enhanced financial controls.

Team & Program Governance: Lead global program delivery teams, establishing strong governance, risk mitigation strategies, and delivery best practices.

Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executives, translating complex business priorities into actionable technology roadmaps.

Advanced Analytics & AI: Enable data-driven decision-making capabilities through advanced analytics and AI-driven insights.

Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of SAP experience, including extensive hands-on expertise with S/4HANA and Vistex implementations.

Domain Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in Order-to-Cash, Trade Promotion Management, Warehouse and Transportation Management, and Order Fulfillment.

Industry Background: Proven track record of leading large-scale global SAP transformations within the CPG, Manufacturing, or Food & Beverage sectors.

Vistex Mastery: Hands-on experience with Vistex (IP & DM / Rebates & Settlement) covering the entire TPM lifecycle from planning through final settlement.

Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP tools (Fiori, Analytics, ECC/S4) and integrated third-party platforms (e.g., e2Open, Blue Yonder, Manhattan).

Leadership: 5+ years of direct leadership experience managing complex global programs and cross-functional teams.

Methodologies: Experience managing delivery across both Agile and traditional Waterfall project management models.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
