Cafe Server

About the Role

Splash Catering at Casa Loma is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Cafe Servers to join our team. The ideal candidates should enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and can provide excellent service in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Responsibilities

1. Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service
2. Take customer orders accurately and process payments
3. Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items
4. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming cafe environment
5. Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
6. Follow food safety and hygiene standards
7. Handle customer questions and requests professionally
8. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth service
9. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by the Chef and management.

Qualifications

1. Previous cafe, restaurant, or customer service experience is an asset
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
5. Strong attention to detail and reliability
6. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required
7. Food Handler certification is an asset
8. Legally eligible to work in Canada.
