We are a growing property management company specializing in short-term and long-term rentals, Airbnb management, and a wide range of residential property services. We are looking for a motivated, professional, and outgoing  Sales Representative to join our team and work from our office.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and identify potential clients and property owners
• Contact prospective clients by phone, email, and other channels
• Introduce and promote our property management and rental services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into new business
• Explain our short-term rental, long-term rental, Airbnb management, and home service solutions
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities
• Work closely with our property management team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients
• Help grow the company’s client base and identify new business opportunities

Qualifications:

• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and comfortable speaking with potential clients
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, positive, and goal-oriented
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Experience in real estate, property management, rentals, or Airbnb is an asset
• Comfortable working with phone, email, and basic computer systems
• Must be fluent in both Farsi and English .

Position:
This is an  in-office position and is not fully remote.
