Administrative Professional

This will be a broad administrative role that may touch nearly every part of our business. We dont expect one person to be experienced in every areawere interested in finding someone whose skills, attitude and personality are a strong fit for our team. The role can be shaped around the strengths of the successful candidate.

This position may be full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate, their experience and the responsibilities they take on.
Possible responsibilities may include:
Answering phones and helping customers
Scheduling and coordinating service work
Preparing invoices, estimates and purchase orders
Accounts receivable and accounts payable
Bookkeeping and payroll support
Entering and maintaining customer and job information
Ordering materials and assisting with inventory
Warranty paperwork and equipment registrations
Filing, recordkeeping and general office organization
Supporting management and field staff
Helping improve office systems and processes
Marketing and social media support, depending on experience

The right candidate may have experience in only some of these areas. Training can be provided, and responsibilities will be assigned based on experience, ability and interest.

Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Willing to take ownership of their work
Able to communicate well and work as part of a team
Interested in growing into a long-term role
Experience with bookkeeping, QuickBooks Online, Housecall Pro, payroll, customer service, dispatching or the construction and trades industry would be an asset, but it is not required.

Hours, responsibilities and compensation will be discussed based on the successful candidate's experience and the role they are best suited for.
