Remote Clinical Business Analyst - BI

Analyst Technical Solutions

Harness your expertise as a Clinical Business Analyst focused on Business Intelligence for the New Brunswick Department of Health. This remote position serves as a vital link between clinical and operational stakeholders, driving healthcare transformation through effective data solutions. The New Brunswick Department of Health seeks experienced Clinical Business Analysts with a focus on Business Intelligence (BA3) to contribute to the Provincial Clinical Information Solution Program. This critical role demands 10+ years of experience in a clinical setting and 8+ years in BI, facilitating stakeholder engagement while gathering and documenting complex requirements for healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document clinical, operational, and BI requirements
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and consensus-building sessions
Collaborate on functional specifications and dashboards
Assist in quality assurance and user acceptance testing
Maintain project documentation and requirements traceability

Requirements:

University degree in Healthcare, IT, or related field
10+ years in Canadian healthcare settings
BI tools and reporting development experience
Strong stakeholder facilitation skills
Bilingual (French and English) preferred
