Neuroscience Market Access Lead Role

Become a key influencer at Novartis as a Global Market Access Lead in Toronto, Ontario, and drive access strategies for innovative therapies in Neuroscience and Gene Therapy. Your expertise will be essential in securing reimbursement and optimal patient access. In this pivotal role, you will lead global access strategies while supporting teams in payer negotiations and the delivery of high-quality access materials. You will also engage in advocacy efforts and evaluate evidence generation beyond registration trials, ensuring that our pricing strategies resonate with health economics data. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee global integrated access strategies throughout product lifecycles
- Manage the reimbursement process for OAV101 and lead advocacy
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Medical, and HEOR teams
- Guide country teams in negotiations with payers
- Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Market Access roles
- Strong strategic thinking and influence in project management
- Demonstrated skills in stakeholder engagement
- Experience with Neuroscience or Gene Therapy is a plus
- Ability to lead complex global initiatives
