WIS Retail Associate - What You Will Do

• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods — think conditioning, but with purpose.

Team Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• We are also looking for associates with experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiering, Sales, Driving, Warehouse Operations, and Gaming. If you have experience in these roles—or enjoy gaming and thrive in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments—we encourage you to apply. Make your experience count!
• No inventory experience? No problem. If you can bring the commitment, we will train the rest.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
• Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• May not have any post-secondary education
• Have no experience or are returning to the workforce
• Have military experience
• Access to reliable transportation

Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to frequently use a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; and the ability to frequently travel via car.
