Bilingual Customer Success Consultant

Sage City

Join Sage as a Bilingual Customer Success Consultant focusing on customer relationships and retention. Utilize a consultative approach to enhance customer experience through a hybrid model. This critical hybrid role supports both pre-sales and post-sales activities to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction. You will actively engage customers via outbound calls, facilitating product demonstrations, and onboarding to ensure effective utilization of Sage solutions. Partnering closely with key stakeholders, you will tailor Customer Success Plans and proactively manage churn risk through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to increase customer retention
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders
Provide tailored recommendations based on product knowledge
Construct detailed Customer Success Plans for client objectives
Advocate for customer feedback to improve internal processes

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years in customer success and service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual in English and French preferred
Experience with mid-market clients desired
Proven record of delivering on KPIs

Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through expertise in customer success at Sage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
