Overview
PC Truck & Trailer Repair is a trusted provider of commercial vehicle maintenance and repair services in the Greater Toronto Area. We are committed to delivering high-quality service and maintaining a safe, efficient, and organized shop environment.
We are seeking a motivated, hardworking, and self-starting Shop Operations Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career with massive growth opportunities. The successful candidate will assist in organizing shop operations, managing inventory, processing estimates and invoices, running parts, and liaising between customers and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Shop Organization: Assist in organizing and managing workflow between bays. Ensure technicians are informed regarding repairs to do, and work orders are documented.
Inventory Management: Help track and manage parts inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and orders are placed as needed.
Invoicing and Estimating Support: Assist in preparing and processing invoices for completed services.Contact vendors for pricing and information.
Parts Handling: Run parts for technicians and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Customer and Vendor Interaction: Communicate with vendors and customers regarding deliveries, pick ups and drop off, and other inquiries.
Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.26 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
