Responsibilities:

Data Entry:

• Accurately input and update data into our database systems.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform regular data quality checks and clean-up tasks.
• Generate reports and data summaries as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of all data handled.

Administrative Support:

• Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
• Manage electronic and paper records to ensure information is easily accessible.
• Respond to data-related queries and provide support to other departments as needed.

Future Opportunities:

• Supervise a team of data entry clerks.
• Handle cash transactions and manage cashier duties.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

• A relevant degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Google Docs and Google Workspace.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
• Successful completion of a background check may be required.
• Experience in managerial roles is preferred.
