SOMMAIRE DE L'EMPLOI
La personne titulaire du poste offre un soutien administratif à une clinique, à un service ou à un programme.
EXIGENCES
- Diplôme d’études secondaires plus un programme de soutien administratif d’une durée d’un an et jusqu’à deux ans ou l’équivalent;
- Formation en terminologie médicale ou l’obtention selon les échéanciers fixés (formation disponible dans iTacit);
- Un (1) an d’expérience antérieure est nécessaire;
- Capacité de rédiger ou de réviser une gamme variée de documents en français et en anglais;
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft 365 et c onnaissance des autres logiciels couramment utilisés au sein du Réseau;
- Capacité de travailler en équipe et de façon autonome;
- Capacité physique de faire le travail assigné;
- Bon dossier de travail antérieur (rendement et assiduité);
- Adhésion aux principes d’éthique professionnelle, à la philosophie de gestion du Réseau et aux valeurs organisationnelles; Respect des règles de confidentialité du Réseau de santé Vitalité.
