Paint Department Engineering Manager

Drive engineering excellence in the Paint department at TG Minto Corporation, supporting Toyota and Honda operations. Your leadership will foster a safe, efficient environment. As a Paint Engineering Manager, you will lead engineering functions and enhance productivity through strategic planning and manpower utilization. With at least 7 years in automotive manufacturing and a commitment to safety and quality, you will guide projects that optimize material usage and process control. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct operations and resource allocation in Paint department
- Lead a team to maintain high paint quality standards
- Collaborate on projects for scrap reduction and process improvement
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety
- Develop documentation related to the paint processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years in engineering, with 2 in leadership
- Understanding of paint systems and automation
- Experience in manufacturing project leadership
- Knowledge of Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma is beneficial
