Job Responsibility:
Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Manager to oversee our food service operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and restaurant management, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and food quality.
Duties:- Manage daily food service operations, including kitchen and front-of-house activities- Supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and support- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed- Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and maximize profitability- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner- Collaborate with the culinary team to create menus that meet customer preferences and budget requirements
Requirements:- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills- Strong knowledge of food service operations, including kitchen management- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals- Understanding of food handling procedures and safety standards- Certification in food safety is a plus
