Web Operations Coordinator at Little Burgundy

Little Burgundy

Support Little Burgundy’s digital operations as a Web Operations Coordinator in a hybrid work environment. This junior role focuses on daily website management, testing, and optimizing digital platforms. As a Web Operations Coordinator, you will ensure effective maintenance and updates for Little Burgundy’s website and ecommerce systems. You will collaborate with marketing teams, the development agency, and IT to document and optimize technical requests. Key responsibilities include managing Jira tickets, conducting user acceptance testing, and enhancing cross-platform integrations. Key Responsibilities:

Support daily management and optimization of the website
Coordinate technical requests, updates, and bug fixes
Monitor and resolve open technical issues proactively
Create clear Jira tickets for enhancements and bugs
Conduct User Acceptance Testing and document defects

Requirements:

1–3 years in web operations or digital technology
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a strong asset
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for troubleshooting
Excellent communication skills with technical teams
