- Établir des méthodes afin de respecter les horaires de travail
- Commander des aliments et des fournitures de cuisine
- Superviser et coordonner les activités du personnel qui prépare et répartit les aliments
- Assurer la formation du personnel pour ce qui est de ses tâches, de l'hygiène et des normes de sécurité
- Estimer les ingrédients et les fournitures nécessaires à la préparation d'un repas
- Veiller à ce que la nourriture et le service répondent aux normes de contrôle de la qualité
- Régler les plaintes des clients et répondre à leurs préoccupations
- Tenir les registres des stocks, des réparations, des ventes et des pertes
- Rédiger et soumettre des rapports
- Superviser et vérifier la préparation de plateaux
- Établir les horaires de travail
- Milieu où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide
- Travail sous pression
- Debout pour une longue période
- Heures de travail: 30 à 40 heures par semaine
