• Salary: $37.00 / hour

Job Requirements
Languages: English.
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Ability to Supervise: 11-15 people.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, Overtime required, large workload
Personal Suitability: Client focus, Accurate, Team player, Flexibility, Reliability, Organized, Dependability, Excellent written communication, Effective interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication
Budgetary Responsibility: $100,001 – $500,000
Specific Skills:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures, Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, Develop, implement and analyze budgets, Participate in marketing plans and implementation, Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Address customers’ complaints or concerns, Provide customer service, Recruit, train and supervise staff.
Work setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, Restaurant
