What You'll Own

• Guide customers through the full buying journey — vehicle selection, features, financing options, and dealership services — with professionalism and zero pressure tactics
• Chase and exceed individual and department sales targets
• Put your training to work: rapport-building, structured follow-up on unsold, sold, and service guests, phone skills, and appointment setting
• Run the CRM like it's your business — because your pipeline is
• Know the lot cold: inventory, features, and what's about to sell out
• Turn every customer interaction into a 5-star experience, and if something goes sideways, fix it fast or flag it to management immediately
• Work your call logs into booked appointments
• Keep your paperwork airtight — accurate, complete, no shortcuts
• Respond to every assigned lead like it's the one that matters most
• Stay sharp: product knowledge, finance options, promotions, value-add services, and industry trends
• Complete every walk-around, road test, and follow-up exactly as trained

• Represent Comox Valley Toyota's standards in every interaction — with customers, teammates, and vendors

• Follow company policy as outlined in the Employee Handbook and by management
• Take on additional responsibilities as the role and business demand
