Who We're Looking For:

• Competitive individuals who enjoy sales and customer interaction
• People motivated by performance, goals, and earning potential
• Strong communicators who build trust and relationships easily
• Self-starters who consistently follow up and create opportunities
• 1+ year of experience in automotive sales, commission sales, retail, hospitality, telecommunications, fitness, recruiting, or another customer-facing role
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License with a clean abstract
• VSA License or the ability to obtain one

Schedule:   Full-Time

Compensation:  $80,000-$150,000+ per year (Commission Based)

What You'll Do:

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from first contact to delivery
• Build your pipeline through prospecting, referrals, follow-up, and repeat business
• Respond to leads and convert appointments into sales opportunities
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Learn vehicle features, financing options, and manufacturer programs
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that earns repeat and referral business
