This role seeks an Associate Lawyer with 2-4 years of experience focused on corporate transactions. You will play a key part in drafting, negotiating, and managing crucial deal documentation and processes while working closely with senior partners in a busy corporate group. Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on private M&A transactions and corporate matters
• Draft and negotiate share and asset purchase agreements
• Oversee deal processes, including coordination and execution
• Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers on mandates
• Manage files with growing autonomy under partner oversight

Requirements:

• Good standing member of the Ontario Bar
• 2-4 years of training in corporate law
• Proven experience in private M&A
• Effective, detail-oriented, and commercially minded
• Strong communication and proactive work ethic
