What You'll Do:
- Assist the Crew Leader and collaborate with other divisions within Rockscape to ensure high standards and project completion.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and help the team achieve goals while following our Core Values, honesty, respect, dependability, creativity, and forward thinking.
- Represent Rockscape in a respectful and professional manner with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and the community.
- Suggest ideas and solutions, actively contributing to the team's success.
- Support the Crew Leader and management with daily operations, ensuring a clean and organized job site.
In The Field:
- Complete tasks safely and efficiently as directed by your Crew Leader.
- Treat company vehicles, equipment, and tools with respect, maintaining a professional and organized job site.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or incidents.
- Provide support to other divisions as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- No experience necessaryjust a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A keen eye for detail and a high standard of performance.
- Completion of required safety training (once hired).
Work Schedule:
- Our Rockscape season is very weather dependent, with an anticipated start in mid-April, and wrapping up mid-November.
- Weekly schedule of Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work available.
- Expect to work approximately 50 hours per week during peak season.
- Rockscape crews start their day at our shop in Bracebridge at 7:00am.
- Typical day is 7:00am - 5:30pm.
