Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Prepare and cook complete meals while carefully adopting and following recipes

·         A solid grasp of food preparation, cooking temperatures, safe food storage and general food safety regulations

·         Maintain a professional, respectful demeanour with kitchen staff

·         Keep workspace clean and organized and follow food safety procedure

·         Ensure proper stocking of food items and fill all necessary paperwork as needed

Requirements:

·         3+ year experience

·         Completion of secondary school

·         Physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy items and standing for long periods of time

·         Able to work under pressure, produce results, handle numerous tasks at once

·         Team player, able to work in close conditions with other people

·         Knowledge and understanding of health and safety regulations

·         Able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekend

Working Condition:

·         Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, statutory holidays, and nights as needed

Position Type:

Permanent, Full-Time – 30~44 hours per week

Wage $20.00 (CAD) per hour
