Accounting Manager for Financial Reporting

Oversee financial reporting accuracy as an Accounting Manager at our company. Drive system enhancements while managing the month-end close process and compliance. This key position partners with the Corporate Controller to lead a team focused on improving financial reporting. Your responsibilities include managing the full accounting close cycle, conducting journal entries, and analyzing complex financial data. Strong communication and organizational skills are vital in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full accounting close cycle each month
- Prepare and oversee account reconciliations for accuracy
- Conduct journal entries and financial reporting
- Collaborate with FP&A for annual planning and reviews
- Support external audit processes and schedules
- Minimum 6–8 years of accounting experience
- Must possess a Canadian CPA designation
- Experience in managing multi-entity consolidations
- Familiarity with IFRS and/or ASPE standards
- Advanced Excel and ERP management skills
