Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at the Park Town Hotel. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Your contributions will be vital in upholding our commitment to excellence in hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively upsell.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations during food handling and service.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
