Senior Process Improvement Business Analyst

Drive Lean process improvement and digital solution development as a Senior Business Analyst, translating workflows into implementation-ready requirements.This senior position analyzes current-state processes and identifies practical improvements. You will collaborate with business, operational, and technical stakeholders. The work includes requirements, prototyping, testing, and change adoption using automation, integrations, and AI-enabled technologies.Key Responsibilities:
Analyze workflows and design Lean-aligned future-state processesTranslate designs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaFacilitate discovery sessions, process mapping, and validationIdentify opportunities for automation, integrations, and AI agentsCoordinate testing, documentation, implementation, and knowledge transferRequirements:
Minimum five years of business analysis experienceStrong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication, and documentation skillsExperience gathering and validating requirements across technical teamsLean Green Belt certification or equivalent practical experienceUnderstanding of AI solutions, automation, integrations, and exception handlingApply business analysis, Lean improvement, stakeholder facilitation, and digital solution skills across iterative delivery cycles.
