Lead SEO and AI search strategy at VERB, using technical expertise and partner communication to improve visibility across modern search platforms.This temporary 12-14 month contract makes you the partner-facing Search Strategist and SEO, GEO, and AI search expert. You will own strategies end to end, aligning traditional search with AI-generated answers across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Copilot. The work supports global destinations, resorts, and travel brands.Key Responsibilities:
Lead partner calls and present reports explaining search recommendationsManage SEO, GEO, local search, and AI search strategiesMonitor mentions, citations, share of voice, and answer accuracyApply technical, on-page, schema, and off-page tacticsCoordinate search activities with internal teams and vendorsRequirements:
Three or more years of SEO or AI search experienceKnowledge of ranking factors, AI answers, schema, and entitiesExperience fixing technical SEO issues on WordPress or DrupalExperience with Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Semrush, and AhrefsStrong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsBring technical SEO, GEO, analytics, and partner leadership skills to VERB’s global search strategies and measurable recommendations.
