Fuse seeks a dynamic Front Desk Associate who prioritizes relationships in a high-energy gym. Build connections with diverse members while enhancing their fitness journey through exceptional service. In this unique role, you will become the first impression for members at Fuse. We're looking for candidates who excel in sales, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to help new members from all backgrounds. You'll engage with clients, conduct tours, and manage memberships, ensuring that every interaction is warm and welcoming. Key Responsibilities:
- Create an exceptional first impression for all members
- Conduct tours and consultations with prospective clients
- Contribute to membership sales and retention strategies
- Manage sign-ups, cancellations, and class bookings
- Assist with cash handling and member inquiries
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in customer service or reception roles
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms
- Basic computer proficiency for managing memberships
- Friendly and approachable professional demeanor
