Senior Director, Private Equity Investments

Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan

Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board seeks a Managing Director to spearhead private equity investments in financial services. Leverage your vast experience to lead and innovate in a rewarding role. In this pivotal position, you'll manage all aspects of investment deals, guiding a dedicated team and spearheading initiatives within sectors like Lending and Asset Management. Your role will demand a strategic mindset as you navigate sponsor transactions and foster collaborations with various internal and external partners. Champion a culture of excellence while ensuring successful investment outcomes, all within a diverse and inclusive firm culture. Key Responsibilities:

Guide all phases of investment transactions
Lead the financial services investment team
Develop proprietary deal flow strategies
Set strategic coverage and sector priorities
Maintain high-performance standards and accountability

Requirements:

15+ years in private equity leadership
Proven financial services investment experience
Active board leadership experience preferred
Strong track record in negotiations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
