Green Shield Canada (GSC)
Drive operational transformation as the Vice President, Enterprise Onboarding & Operations Optimization at GreenShield. Focus on client onboarding and enhance service delivery across Canada. As a strategic leader, you will spearhead the enterprise onboarding and enrollment functions, ensuring efficient client and member implementations. With a strong emphasis on quality and operational excellence, this role requires a deep understanding of enterprise processes and stakeholder collaboration. Your leadership will aim for measurable improvements that align with GreenShield's mission. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of client onboarding and enrollment
- Ensure quality and accuracy in implementation process
- Partner with internal teams to streamline operations
- Lead initiatives focused on technology and process improvement
- Develop KPIs to assess operational performance and client satisfaction
- Extensive experience in enterprise operations leadership
- Demonstrated success in improving quality and service delivery
- Strong financial insights related to operational management
- Effective stakeholder communication and relationship management
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, advanced degree desired
