Senior Project Manager Federal Infrastructure

Drive impactful defence projects with GHD as a Senior Project Manager in Canada. Lead high-complexity infrastructure projects for public-sector clients and ensure successful delivery from start to finish. In this senior role, you will manage diverse defence projects, including military bases and civic buildings, ensuring complex infrastructure meets all federal requirements. Your leadership will coordinate multidisciplinary teams while acting as the primary point of accountability for scope, schedule, cost, and risk. Your expertise in Defence Construction Canada standards and alternative delivery models will be crucial. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery in defence infrastructure
- Establish project governance frameworks and execution strategies
- Manage multidisciplinary teams across various disciplines
- Act as primary interface with clients and contractors
- Deliver projects under various alternative delivery models
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- 12+ years of project delivery experience
- Experience with Defence Construction Canada projects
- Proven management of $25M+ projects
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
