Remote Associate Vice President, Retail Solutions

Lead technological innovation as the Associate Vice President, Retail and Consumer Solutions with Federated Co-operatives Limited, a remote position based across Canada. Drive strategic leadership and enhance retail operations through technology transformation and stakeholder management. The AVP role focuses on leading a team of Org Leaders and 60+ IT professionals to meet technology needs across local Co-op operations. You will establish goals for technology transformation and oversee a substantial $50M+ retail technology portfolio. Your expertise in navigating complex environments and delivering operational efficiency will be crucial in this impactful position. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for a team of IT professionals
- Manage a $50M+ retail technology portfolio effectively
- Establish short- and long-term technology transformation goals
- Optimize technology services for customer engagement
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and evaluate new solutions
- 15+ years in IT with leadership in retail technology
- University degree in Computer Science or related fields
- Proven experience in transformative change management
- Professional certifications like ITIL or PMP preferred
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities
